With nearly two decades of professional experience, I’ve supported government organizations, corporates, and multicultural teams across Europe and the GCC in strengthening their systems, structures, and ways of working. Exposure to more than 60 nationalities has shaped a deep understanding of how alignment is built across different cultures, perspectives, and leadership styles. My approach blends system improvement, human dynamics, and practical change methods—all grounded in the belief that meaningful transformation happens when people move in the same direction.
