With nearly two decades of professional experience across government organizations, corporates, and multicultural teams in Europe and the GCC, I've seen change from the inside — in different roles, different contexts, different cultures.
In today's environment, technology is accelerating the pace of change faster than most organizations can absorb. In that environment, the human side — how people adopt new ways of working, how teams align, how change actually lands in daily reality — has never been more critical. Over 4,200 hours of documented change management practice, certified to the CCMP — the Certified Change Management Professional credential, the global benchmark of the discipline, governed by the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP). Over 100 hours of coaching practice aligned with International Coaching Federation ethics — across engagements spanning 60+ nationalities.
